On Friday 14th of June, ENGEO was announced as a finalist for Team Gold in the 2019 Wellington Gold Awards held at Te Wharewaka o Poneke.Wellington Gold Awards celebrate inspiring Wellington businesses.
The Team Gold category highlights exceptional HR and wellness programmes within an organisation. At ENGEO we are proud that our employees’ wellbeing is fostered by a culture of open communication whereby ideas from staff are welcomed, listened to and generally supported. We work hard to create an environment at ENGEO where new ideas are celebrated, staff are encouraged to try new things, and failure is safe and seen as positive.
It’s rewarding to see our initiatives in HR and wellness acknowledged, and ENGEO is honoured to be considered in the first year we have entered these regional business awards.
