ENGEO provided geotechnical engineering for design, earthwork testing, observation and special inspection services during construction of the award winning Roseville Energy Park and 160 Megawatt Gas Fired Power Plant. The project includes Power Island equipment and buildings, a cooling tower, water storage tanks and a storm water pond.
Special inspection services included concrete inspections, sampling and testing; high strength bolt inspections and torque testing; field and shop welding inspection; structural steel inspection; and reinforcing steel inspection.
